About Me

Elizabeth Regan’s deep-rooted passion for talent development and learning drive her to put her all into anything and everything she takes on. While she is considered to be a Learning and Development Expert by profession, she simply sees herself as a passionate individual who helps people achieve their goals. For the last 10 years, she has meticulously crafted interactive, impactful, and inspiring learning programs. Through it all, she has remained a lifelong learner with an unquenchable thirst for creating positive change.

Currently, Elizabeth proudly serves as the Education Development Manager for a global sporting goods manufacturer, where she utilizes leading-edge research-based techniques to champion the development and implementation of various learning programs, initiatives, and solutions. As we speak, she is facilitating product knowledge training and creating two employee orientation courses. Formerly, she was the Education Development Lead and Knowledge Content Coordinator. Back in 2006, she started her L&D journey, helping train employees on cable TV & Internet services.

Additionally, Elizabeth Regan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She completed her Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University. She also holds a multitude of distinctions, including but not limited to Certified Scrum Product Owner, Paralegal Certificate (Portland State University), Graduate Certificate in Publishing (University of Denver), and Class A Certified Golf Instructor (Ladies Professional Golf Association).

Outside of her various ventures, Elizabeth Regan can be found either hiking, boxing, running, or working out at the gym. She is also a movie buff, avid bookworm, and adventurer with an affinity for sci-fi and Broadway shows. Currently, she calls both Phoenix, Arizona and Portland, Oregon home sweet home (she was born in Oregon).
